Join Katy Mercer, 200 hour Registered Yoga Teacher from The Lavender Hour, for Slow Flow Yin Yoga and Sound in the Lindamood Room. A relaxing end to your day, this gentle flow class features Yin Yoga, a quiet, contemplative practice that uses simple poses to relax into the posture, allowing your body to relax naturally without pushing or straining. We will focus on deep relaxation and breath work throughout and close the class with a healing crystal sound bath. Registration is required. Please register below or call 419-422-1737 to register. Please bring a yoga mat and a water bottle to class.

Join us for Baby Storytime at the library. We will sing, rhyme, read, and have fun with scarves and bells! This program is suggested for children up to 36 months of age with a caregiver. Older siblings are welcome, too.
