Join us for Storytime at Riverside Parks Waterfalls Pavilion! We will sing, rhyme, and read while enjoying the great outdoors! Your child will have so much fun they might not even realize they are learning important skills for future reading! This program is for children and their caregivers. If there is inclement weather, the librarys website and Facebook will have alerts, and Storytime will be held at the library on the same day and time.

Do you have a WIP sitting around waiting to be finished? Do you just need to set time aside to work on a craft? Want to spend time with other crafty people? Join us for our monthly craft circle where all crafts are welcome!

Drawing Club: Sharpie Mugs

Do you love to draw? Join us for drawing tutorials and hang out with other young artists. This month, we will be learning how to make custom mugs by drawing with Sharpie paint markers.
Recommended for grades 2 and up. Space is limited and registration is required. Please register each child who plans to paint with a separate registration so we can provide a mug for each child. Children 8 and under should be accompanied by an adult caregiver.
This program is sponsored by the Friends of the Findlay-Hancock County Public Library.

Speak Easy: ESL Conversation Club

Speak Easy: An ESL Conversation Club is designed to connect new members of Hancock County with community organizations. Each meeting will have a different theme and students will get the chance to meet representatives from social services agencies as well as practice English skills.

Join us for Baby Storytime at Riverside Parks Waterfalls Pavilion! We will sing, rhyme, read, and have fun with scarves and bells while enjoying the great outdoors! This program is for children up to 36 months of age with a caregiver and older siblings are welcome. If there is inclement weather, the librarys website and Facebook will have alerts, and Storytime will be held at the library on the same day and time.

Welcome to the Cat Burglar's Crew! A diamond has gone missing from the museum. A museum guard is the thief and plans to frame you. Your crew must steal it back before the museum opens.Puzzles are designed for grades 4-8. Family members (including children in grades 2+, teens in grades 9-12, and adults) are welcome to sign up with their 4-8 grader. Please register everyone who will be playing. Each session can accommodate up to 12 players so there may be multiple families playing together.

Need help choosing your next book? Enjoy having a snack while you read? Want to receive a few fun goodies this month? Teens in grades 6-12 can register with their email address to get a Teen Tote filled with teen library books selected especially for them, along with some other goodies like snacks and bookmarks! Registrants will receive an email with a Google Form to fill out to let us get to know them better. An active FHCPL card is required to participate.
