Online Catalog Issues

The library has decided to switch our online catalog from the Enterprise online catalog back to the E-Library catalog. Enterprise is the most recent version of the catalog, and contains many desirable features, but continues to experience frequent performance issues and downtime. We are, in effect, trading bells and whistles for reliability. We will allow the software technicians time to assure that Enterprise has a stable platform before permanently adopting the software.    On behalf of the administration and staff of the library, I apologize for recent online catalog problems. Our level of online technology service in recent months has not met our usual standards of customer service. Thank you for your patience as we work through complicated software issues being experienced by our library consortium.
