Folded Paper Kite: one sheet of cardstock, tape, sturdy straw, hole punch, string (optional string holder: toilet paper tube, scissors)
Rolled Paper Kite: one sheet of paper, tape, stapler, hole punch, string (optional string holder: toilet paper tube, scissors)
Kite Tail: ribbon or streamer or plastic bag, scissors, tape
