Join us for a talk about New Year's Resolutions and how to create goals that will set you up for success this year. Kirsten Seele, dietitian and health coach at NWO, will be here to share her wealth of knowledge about all things goal setting! The talk will focus on long-term goals, short-term goals, and how to stay motivated.
