Each month we will have a new take home kit with the spices and herbs youll need to make a different recipe from around the world. This month we are making Finnish blueberry pie for National Blueberry Month! The kits will be available to pick up July 17th-22nd. Reserve a kit below. If you would like it sent to Arlington or the bookmobile please put that in by your name.

Do you love to knit? Want to learn how? Join us for our knitting club. All skill levels, including beginners, are welcome to join. We recommend beginners sign up for all three sessions (Monday, July 17 / Wednesday, July 19 / Friday, July 21) to get the most instruction and practice time. Grades 4-6. Space is limited and registration is required.

Daily stressors can add up if we are not actively engaging in self-care. Come and learn some tips that can help us restore our sense balance.

Explore insects with the Hancock Park District during Storytime at the library. We will sing, rhyme, read, and craft while learning more about insects together. For anyone who loves bugs or might feel a bit squeamish, this Storytime is sure to be a big hit! This program is for children and their caregivers.

Join us for art, science, and engineering projects in our makerspace for kids! Different projects each week. You can DROP IN ANY TIME between 2:00-3:30 PM. Children 8 and under should be accompanied by an adult.
