Presented by The Toledo Zoom and Aquarium, join us for a special animal-themed story and visit with an animal friend! Register below and library staff will send you a link to join us on Zoom. Only one registration required per family, but please be sure to register at least the evening before the event to be sure you get a link. This program is being sponsored by the Friends of the Findlay-Hancock County Public Library.

Teen Chalk It Up! Chalk Contest

Teens, grades 6 to 12th can join in the fun of decorating the librarys sidewalk. Bring your own chalk or use ours and design a square of our sidewalk with your take on this summers theme, Tails and Tales. This program is weather permitting.

Tiny Book Crafts @ The Loft

Youth ages 13 to 18 can join Miss Erin at the Loft to make some mini book crafts and hang out in the teen friendly space. The Loft is located at 129 E. Crawford St. and is on the 4th floor. This is a safe space designated just for youth ages 13-18. Participants will be required to sign an agreement form regarding following the rules at The Loft upon arrival. Join us at the library for Makerspace fun. We'll be exploring ways to make 3-D art and engineer in 3-D.

Space is limited and registration is required. Children will be seated at separate tables but same-household groups of four or less can register together to be seated at the same table. All members of the group should be registered together in one registration.
