This month, join Japanese students from the University of Findlay! Well be making origami, playing Japanese games, and enjoying Japanese snacks. Grades 2-6. Staff Use

Learn how to make onigiri (Japanese rice balls) with our special guest, Satoyo Tachio from the University of Findlays Japanese Outreach Initiative. This program is designed for children in grades 2-8. Children 8 and under should be accompanied by an adult. Supplies are limited, so registration is required.

Looking for some fun activities to keep kids entertained during fall break? Pick up our Fall Break Boredom Busters Kit starting November 10 while supplies last. Available at the Children's Desk at the Main Library, at Arlington, and at Bookmobile stops.

Read for Life will be offering a tutor training class! Potential adult volunteers must be at least 18 years of age and are asked to commit to one year or more of volunteering. Volunteers must be literate, however, no professional training or education is required. Read for Life is looking for volunteers to teach reading, writing, English, life skills and subject areas of the High School Equivalency including math, social studies, and science. Registration is required by calling 419-422-3755 or e-mailing readforlife@findlaylibrary.org.

Join us for Baby Storytime at the library. This week we're in the Children's Programming Room! We will sing, rhyme, read, and have fun with scarves and bells! This program is suggested for children up to 36 months of age with a caregiver. Older siblings are welcome, too.

Drop in and play with a selection of the library's toys. Explore new games, toys, and activities that are educational and fun while meeting other families. This program is for children with their caregivers.
