Celebrate the start of SummerREAD by stopping in for a free Crafty Kit for Kids filled with craft materials to make a merperson puppet and weave a fish, as well as songs and book recommendations. Crafty Kits are available beginning June 6th, while supplies last. Kits available at Findlay-Hancock County Public Library, via Curbside Service, the Bookmobile, and at the Arlington Branch Library.

Looking for activities to keep kids busy at home or on a road trip this summer? Want a fun way to celebrate the start of SummerREAD? Pick up our Summer Boredom Busters Activity Kit, filled with ocean-themed activities that will make a splash this summer!

Summer Boredom Buster Kits are available beginning June 6th, while supplies last. Kits are available at the Childrens Department (Main Library), on the Bookmobile, and at the Arlington Branch Library.

Join us for art, science, and engineering projects in our makerspace for kids! Different projects each week.

This week, we will be learning how to make different kinds of bookmarks. Makers will have the opportunity to donate bookmarks to local senior citizens through our the United Way's Senior Cheer Program.

You can DROP IN ANY TIME between 2:00-3:30 PM.
Children 8 and under should be accompanied by an adult.

Teen Book Bingo

Teen Take & Make: Do you like mermaids, sea monsters, or sea turtles? Pick up one of our teen collage kits! Kits include many graphics and backgrounds to be cut out and assembled into a collage creation! Kits will be available to pick up at the Main Library in the Teen Department, as well as the Arlington Branch and Bookmobile beginning June 6th. While supplies last.
