CCMEP is an innovative program that can help low-income young adults build career paths, find employment and break the cycle of poverty. It offers a wide range of services specifically tailored to each individual. This is a program specific to 1424 year-old people. This program assists with multiple services, including education and career training, tutoring, work experiences, counseling etc.
This program is presented in partnership with Sylvan Learning Center and Hancock County Job and Family Services through their Comprehensive Case Management and Employment Program.

Read for Life will be offering a virtual tutor training class all November long to train volunteers to be Read for Life tutors.  Potential adult volunteers must be at least 18 years of age and are asked to commit to one year or more of volunteering.  Volunteers must be literate, however, no professional training or education is required.  Read for Life is looking for volunteers to teach reading, writing, English, life skills and subject areas of the High School Equivalency including math, social studies, and science.  Registration is required by calling 419-422-3755 or e-mailing readforlife@fi
