Join us for Adaptive Storytime at the library, a program that nurtures the early literacy skills of children who have difficulty engaging during traditional storytimes or have neurodiverse symptoms. Adaptive Storytime can be individualized to meet a childs needs with flexible pacing, more interactive opportunities, and sensory play. Content is geared toward ages 3 - 7 years, but all ages are welcome, accompanied by a caregiver. Siblings are welcome, too.

Teen Night: Glitter Jar Meditation & Journaling

Join us for Glitter Jar Meditation and Journaling as we focus on being thankful, mindful, and grateful. With over 70,000 thoughts racing through your mind each day it can be hard to slow down and focus. Staff from the Family Resource Center will be here to share some simple tips to help clear your mind so you can truly be thankful and grateful. Each teen will make their own glitter jar to take home with them. To ensure we have enough space and materials, registration is required. This program is for students in grades 6-12.

Homeschoolers? Makerspace: Engineering Challenges
