Have you ever wondered what causes thunderstorms and tornados? Learn about the science behind our weather with hands-on science experiments. Then join Eric Wilkins, Fire Safety Inspector from the Findlay Fire Department, and Todd James from the American Red Cross to learn what to do during extreme weather.

Greater Cleveland Aquarium Zoom Tour

Register to join us on Zoom to watch The Greater Cleveland Aquarium provide a unique opportunity to see some of the magnificent animals usually hidden away under the waves up-close. Interact with an Aquatic Educator and ask your burning questions about sharks, stingrays, and other sea creatures. Register by 12:00 PM the day of the event to receive a zoom invite. Only one registration required per family. This program is being sponsored by the Friends of the Findlay-Hancock County Public Library.

Each month we will have a new take home kit with the spices and herbs youll need to make a different recipe from around the world. This month we are making ropa vieja to celebrate Caribbean-American Heritage Month! The kits will be available to pick up June
20th-25th. Reserve a kit below.

Fish School: Angler Advice

Mike Wilkerson, Fish Management Supervisor for the Ohio Division of Wildlife, will present information on what the fish section of the Division of Wildlife does. He will discuss conservation of wildlife in Ohio, fish stocking, fish sampling, access to fishing opportunities, and regulations for Ohio anglers.
