The Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) program is offering free tax preparation services for individuals who live in Hancock County and whose household income is $60,000 or less annually. You must call 567-250-1955 to schedule an appointment, as appointments are required. They will begin accepting phone calls for appointments starting January 17.

Be a part of our Tiny Art show! Artists of all ages can pick up a free kit starting April 3rd at 1 PM and while supplies last. NOTE: Supply manufacturers recommend products for ages 4 and up. Both canvas kits and clay kits will be available. Limit of 1 canvas kit and clay kit per family member. Return your artwork by Friday, April 28th for it to be displayed during the ArtWalk on Friday, May 5th. Kits are available at the Main Library near Circulation, as well as the Arlington Branch and Bookmobile.

Teens in grades 6-12 are invited to come the library and prepare some Japanese bento box foods with students from The University of Findlay! Youll get to enjoy eating the foods, too! Registration required due to limited space and supplies. (Food allergy info: ingredients include egg, tomato, sausage, rice, and seaweed.)
