Read for Life will be offering a tutor training class! Potential adult volunteers must be at least 18 years of age and are asked to commit to one year or more of volunteering. Volunteers must be literate, however, no professional training or education is required. Read for Life is looking for volunteers to teach reading, writing, English, life skills and subject areas of the High School Equivalency including math, social studies, and science. Join us for a special Storytime with a Findlay Police Officer. We will sing, rhyme, read, and hear all about a day in the life of a police officer. There will also be a police car to explore and an officer hat craft so dont miss it!

Doterra Educational Team Meeting

Join us for Baby Storytime at the library. We will sing, rhyme, read, and have fun with scarves and bells! Children up to 36 months of age and older siblings are welcome with a caregiver.

Do you like your decorations a little on the creepy side? Pick up one of our Teen Take & Make: Creepy Flowers kits! Kits include instructions and the items you need to make paper flowers with glass eyeball centers. You will need glue and a small cylinder shaped item like a toothpick or a pencil to complete the kit. Kits will be available to pick up at the Main Library in the Teen Department, as well as the Arlington Branch and Bookmobile starting Monday, October 10th. While supplies last.

Drop in and play with a selection of the library's toys. Explore new games, toys, and activities that are educational and fun while meeting other families. This program is for infants to 36 months with their caregivers. Older siblings are welcome.
